Energizer is jumping into the now-tiny solar rechargeable market with its new solar recharger, to be announced at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (starts Jan. 7). Photos and details about the charger are leaking out, thanks to the folks at goodcleantech.com. The unit is rumored to recharge AA and AAA batteries; include a USB power-out port; able to be powered via an AC wall outlet, in addition to the sun, and weatherproof. It is said to be priced at $49.99.
